Designed for use in demanding commercial environments including offices, schools, hospitals, airports, and residential developments, this self-smoothing underlayment is also compatible with underfloor heating systems. It provides an ideal base for carpet, ceramic tiles, vinyl, resin coatings, and other resilient floor finishes.

With fast drying properties, moisture-sensitive finishes can typically be applied after approximately 24 hours, while foot traffic is possible after 2–4 hours, helping reduce downtime and speed up project completion.
