Larsen Highways MBM 534 is a HAPAS-approved, two-component high-performance bedding mortar specifically developed for the installation, raising and reinstatement of highway ironwork and access covers. Combining the performance benefits of resin-based mortars with the ease of use associated with cementitious systems, MBM 534 provides exceptional strength development and durability in demanding highway environments.

Designed for use with ironwork installations up to and including Installation Group 4 in accordance with BS EN 124, MBM 534 is ideal for projects requiring rapid return to service and minimal disruption to traffic flow. Its advanced formulation achieves high early compressive and tensile strengths, allowing installations to be opened to traffic after just 60 minutes.

MBM 534 performs exceptionally well in challenging weather conditions, including wet environments, making it a reliable solution for highway maintenance, utility reinstatements and infrastructure projects throughout the year. The non-shrink formulation ensures long-term stability and support beneath ironwork, while frost resistance provides enhanced durability in exposed locations.

Suitable for use by highways contractors, utilities companies and civil engineering professionals, Larsen MBM 534 delivers dependable performance where speed, strength and compliance are critical.
